Calling all hardy winter riding souls. On Thursday, December 5 a few of us will be riding in what is forecast to be a coolish 40’s under cloudy skies but warmer than this week’s high 30’s Tuesday ride. I’ve selected a kind of figure eight, double loop route starting and ending at Allen Playfields in Bow. It’s 26.2 miles with 949 ft. of elevation gain; just enough to build up some heat to keep us warm.

Joining the ride is easy, just:
-Sign up online
-Join us at the Allen Playfields in Bow at 10:30am Thursday, Dec. 5
-Ride the route
-Drive a short way west to The Corner Pub and join us for a bite to eat and/or drink (optional)
There’s a few turns on the route so you may want to download the route and become familiar with it or load it on your phone for turn by turn directions using Ride With GPS.
if the weatherman blows the forecast and gives us rain, I’ll post a Quick Alert Thursday morning by 8:30am cancelling the ride.
