SBC Member RIDER ALERT Quick Notice

Log in button issue & work around
John Yaeger

Hello fellow SBC members,

We have our 2025 club picnic photograph in the header bar of our website. Thank you Jesse for capturing such a great image. It was a beautiful bright sunny day with rides, food and camaraderie. What more could we have hoped for.

So, that’s the upside.

The downside is that we have a temporary glitch with our member log in button. I’m speaking about the blue button in the top right corner of the landing page on our club website.

While updating the header panel with our new picnic photo I did something that broke the log in button. Help is on the way, I’ve contacted ClubExpress and we’ll be back in order soon. Their normal support hours are M-F.

Of course, leave it to me to save my fiddling for the weekend when there is no one to throw me a life preserver in the event of a wipeout.

Like now.

Until ClubExpress can help out, here is a workaround to the logging in problem:

  • Simply click this link: log in

OR, more steps to get to the same end

  • Open skagitbicycleclub.org
  • Go to Event Calendar
  • Click on a future Tuesday ride, any of them, it doesn’t matter which one
  • Immediately below the ride title is a blue field with text
  • Click the text log in
  • Close your browser to log out

Thanks to Susanne for helping with the troubleshooting to this point.

Once you’re logged in, this will be a great time to sign up for the Annual Membership Meeting on October 14, 2026. We’ll enjoy a catered dinner and be enlightened by bicycle attorney John Duggan who is the featured speaker. We’ll elect officers and conduct other club business.

It won’t be complete without you and yours, I look forward to seeing you there.

Good riding,

John
