Hey,
Steve Moe has been having a lot of fun on the gravel around Birdsview. Let’s get in on some of that action. Our meet up is at Birdsview Brewing, 38302 State Rte 20, Concrete, WA 98237, http://www.birdsviewbrewingcompany.com/ (copy & paste into browser).
We’ll cross Hwy 20 at the brewery and ride west on the gravel of Cascade Trail. Our route goes through downtown Hamilton and onward to Shangri La, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shangri-La.
This will be my first time to either.
Returning to the real world we’ll continue east to Concrete and back to our lunch spot, the Birdsview Brewery.
There’s no hurry, the brewery only opens at noon.
Bring your Skagit Ale Trail passport https://skagitfarmtopint.com/passport-tour/ for a stamp from the most easterly brewery on the tour.
We will be crossing Hwy 20 three time and also using a narrow bridge, let’s use caution and come home safe and sound.
Bikes and helmets required, Skagit Ale Trail passport optional but encouraged.
We are required to have a Waiver of Liability for each rider on our club rides. Signing up online will bring you to the Wavier of Liability form. Follow the prompts and presto, you’re legal and we don’t get haranguing letters from our insurance provider. Win win.
